Comprehensive Physical Examination by a Licensed Physician

Your immigration medical visit begins with a comprehensive physical examination performed by a licensed physician.

This exam evaluates your general health and includes:

● Review of medical history

● Assessment of vital signs

● Evaluation of heart and lung function

● Abdominal examination

● Neurological observation

● General physical assessment

What Your Immigration Exam Includes

Completion of Form I-693 (USCIS Certified Civil surgeon)

One of the most important components of your immigration medical exam is the proper completion of Form I-693, which must be signed by a USCIS-certified Civil Surgeon.

QuantiFERON-TB Gold Blood Test

Tuberculosis (TB) screening is required for immigration medical exams. We provide the QuantiFERON-TB Gold blood test, a modern and reliable screening method.

RPR (Syphilis) Blood Test

USCIS requires screening for certain communicable diseases, including syphilis. We perform the RPR (Rapid Plasma Reagin) blood test as part of your immigration evaluation.

Varicella (Chickenpox) Immunity Test

Proof of immunity to varicella (chickenpox) is required unless documentation of prior vaccination or disease history is provided. If immunity is uncertain, we offer a Varicella immunity blood test to confirm protection.

Gonorrhea and Chlamydia Urine Test

As part of USCIS requirements, applicants within certain age groups must complete screening for gonorrhea. We provide a gonorrhea and chlamydia urine test in a private and respectful setting.
